SHIPPING ADDRESS

365 Galleria will only ship Product to confirmed billing address. Products cannot ship to any other address other than the billing address on file with. Requests for exceptions to this policy should be made to support@365Galleria.com


FREE SHIPPING

365 Galleria  offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders $2,000 and over, shipped standard ground within the contiguous 48 states, curbside delivery.  For orders less than $2,000, standard ground charges will be added to the quoted price for the Products. Most items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii for an additional surcharge. We are unable to ship orders to international locations, PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.


Depending on the item(s) Buyer purchases and the location to which the Products will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Some shipping methods have their own restrictions and charges that will be applied to Buyer’s order.


Generally, Buyer will have the option of upgrading the shipping method for faster delivery (such as two day or overnight service). If Buyer chooses to upgrade the shipping method, the order must be received and accepted by 11:00 A.M. EST or Buyer’s order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the weight, distance from our warehouse, and the insured value of your order (where applicable). These shipping and handling costs are almost always completely out of our control and are based solely on charges from these third party parcel agencies and/or government postal agencies. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.


Standard Ground. All orders over $2,000 ship for FREE to the 48 contiguous United States by

Standard Ground Service. Your order will be delivered to your home’s front door or driveway.

Order generally arrive within four (4) to ten (10) full business days.


Two Day or Overnight Delivery Service. Most small items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous

United States by Second Day or Overnight Service. In order for your order to be processed for

this expedited service, you must place an order by telephone before 11:00 A.M. Eastern

Standard Time to qualify for expedited.


White Glove Delivery. White Glove Delivery (Premium Freight Delivery), normally seven (7) to

fourteen (14) full business days. White Glove delivery charges vary according to individual

Products and exact charges will be noted during your checkout process. White Glove delivery is only available for selected Products.  


DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Please allow 1-2 business days after your order has been placed for it to be processed and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. Expected delivery times will appear on your sales receipt.


When shipments successfully leave the warehouse, 365 Galleria  will email a shipment tracking number to the email address associated with the order. This tracking number is also available for your review by logging into your store account and reviewing your Order History. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.


Once 365 Galleria  has shipped your Product, you are responsible for receiving delivery

notification and scheduling delivery with the freight company. Failure to do so or refusing shipment of the Product will result in Buyer being held liable for the original shipping costs, any applicable storage fees and shipping costs back to the shipping warehouse.


ASSEMBLY OF PRODUCTS


The assembly and installation of Products purchased by Buyer shall be performed by the Buyer at Buyer’s own responsibility. 365 Galleria  shall not assume any legal liability in relation to the assembly and installation of Products.


365 Galleria  shall not assume legal liability for damages caused to the Product or other accidents caused or damages incurred while Buyer is assembling or installing the Products.


In the event Buyer enters into a paid services contract with an assembler for the assembly and

installation of a Product that has been delivered, the terms of such contract shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by the assembler. Any and all responsibility arising in relation to the paid services contract shall be assumed by the assembler. 365 Galleria  shall not assume such responsibility.


VEHICLE REGISTRATION


Buyer is responsible for the tagging, titling and registration of any Product that qualifies as an on-road motor vehicle according to the applicable state and local laws of Buyer’s state of residence. Following receipt of the Product, Buyer must request the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (“MCO”) and Bill of Sale required for registration by emailing Buyer’s name, address and Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) to support@365Galleria.com


CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY

You can review the most current version of the Shipping Policy at any time at this webpage. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and changes on this webpage of our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to this. Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
